Coaching: Able to develop the skills of subordinates to perform at a higher level Team Building: Able to stabilize staffing and build team bench. Availability: -Open availability. -Minimum 5 day, 50 hour work week. -Vehicle required. Education/Experience: High school diploma preferred. 1 year restaurant supervisory experience required. Physical and/or Medical Requirements: Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate. Requires standing and walking for the entire workday. |
