Job Duties: Essential Accountabilities: ·People -Achieves management staffing and development goals to plan -Has active succession plan in place for all positions -Improves employee morale through monitoring and showing urgency in caring for employees. -Improves staff performance through frequent personal and team coaching -Reduces incidences and claims by making safety everyone’s top priority -Ensures compliance with all applicable laws ·Financials -Achieves sales and profit targets to plan -Corrects daily financial deficiencies with urgency. -Drives year-over-year growth in sales and profit ·Operations -Delivers/ improves delivery of QSC to franchise operational standards -Raises the bar in operational execution ·Assets -Corrects all asset deficiencies with urgency -Eliminates any potential for liability with urgency. Other Functions -Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Analytical: Able to analyze reports and correct deficient areas efficiently. Problem Solving: Able to implement TOSIDPAR problem solving techniques to achieve desired results. Organization & Planning: Able to organize priorities and develop/ execute plans achieving desired results. Coaching: Able to develop the skills of subordinates to perform at a higher level Team Building: Able to stabilize staffing and build team bench. Availability: -Open availability. -Minimum 5 day, 50 hour work week. -Vehicle required. Education/Experience: High school diploma preferred. 1 year restaurant supervisory experience required. Physical and/or Medical Requirements: Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate. Requires standing and walking for the entire workday.
