| Job Duties: | Align the customer experience to the company vision – "Exceptional People Delivering Exceptional Product." Resolve any customer complaints regarding sales and service. Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts. Take customers feedback. Drive sales, clearance, promotions and incentive targets with passion. Focus on ways to increase and continually improve: conversion of customers from non-buying to buying, spend per transaction, Average Units per Sale (AUS). Analyze sales statistics: project sales and determine profitability of products and services, develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits. Manage the sales floor to ensure a high energy, positive floor experience for staff and customers. Observe and coach team members to continually improve the customer experience. Manage team visibility on the shop floor for optimal staffing and floor coverage. Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws. Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures. Organize and distribute staff schedules. Manage the attendance of Sales Associates. Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets. Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock. Manage SA’s handling cash, change found, overage and shortage of the sales. Effectively communicate the company objectives to Team Leads and Sales Associates. Review sales productivity and individual sales team member’s performance on a regular basis. Create and promote a positive work environment in line with Tan Holdings values. Provide effective team leadership through open communication, training, coaching and active encouragement to meet and exceed goals. Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff.
