| Job Duties: | Attain a business volume as high as possible and to increase the sales in order to combine the customer's satisfaction and sales aspects. Carries out side inspections and show-rounds as required by Director of Sales; also bedrooms and if required events space is prepared for site inspections. Participates in the planning and coordination of the hotel's sales activities especially with the Korean market. Constantly investigate and assess market conditions and competition to determine effective and productive sales programs within the Korean market. Plan and initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization. Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goal and take necessary corrective action. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Need anywhere from a few months to a year working experience in sales in the hotel industry at a management level is required and preferably from a full service hotel. Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays. |
