Job Title: | Customer Care Representative I |
Job Duties: | Need anywhere from a few months to a year of work related experience. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide customer support, product and service information, and resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of professionalism. A Customer Care Representative delivers excellent customer service with a positive experience. Illustrative examples of work include but are not limited to: 1. Resolves service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause and providing a solution to solve the problem in a timely manner. 2. Greets customer with a high level of professionalism on the phone, the moment they step into the company and as they leave. 3. Adheres to company policies and procedures. 4. Organizes work flow to be able to provide feedback in a timely manner and adhere to department standards. 5. Records detail of customer inquiry, comments and complaints. 6. Communicates and coordinates with internal departments to resolve all technical and operational issues. 7. Works with management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies. 8. Builds and maintains good relationships with customers. 9. Makes recommendations to improve customer experience based on customers' needs, which will in turn improve productivity. 10. Provides administrative support and assistance. 11. Prepares reports in a timely manner. |
