| Job Duties: | • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations; provides support to staff relating to IT hardware and software issues; train staff on company IT retail POS systems • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary • Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software • Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use • Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future • Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware; execute and complete company IT related projects at the organization-wide network and communication infrastructure levels including maintenance of company social media platforms • Analyze equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement • Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems • Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes; procure all IT related equipment for the company's retail operations |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicant must have a BS in Computer Science with at least 10+ years of IT knowledge ranging from supporting computers/networks, and programming. Must be proficient in networking/active directory, sonic wall devices for VPN configurations, portal programming, retail industry Dynamic AX 2012 systems, certifications CompTIA Security,Server, Network, and Professional; Certified in MCTS Windows Server 2008; SQL Server 2008; Sharepoint Server 2010; and MCP. Applicant must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. |
