| Job Duties: | Responsible for shipping and receiving cargo & delivery. Do the consolidation & preparation of documents for all cargo. Send pre-alert manifest, loading and shipment details to Manila Backroom to ensure completeness on the doc. for shipment purposes. Coordinates with acting head office and perform limited accounting function such as petty cash management, bank liason as assign by supervisor. Manage all records and data base for reference. Ensure that all remittance and transaction are in compliance with all state laws & regulation. Maintain good working conditions of company equipment and properties. |
