Job Title: Building Maintenance
Job Duties: Perform routine preventive building maintenance and basic electrical repairs to ensure the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Duties may involve pipe fitting; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, doors, lights, floors, or stairs in an existing building to prevent deterioration.
Qualification Requirements: Must have 1 to 4 years of experience in the same position maintaining an existing building to to prevent deterioration. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Applicant must be hardworking, able to multi task and work even under pressure. Must be able to maintain cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. Applicant must be willing to work flexible time.
