| Job Duties: | • Assist Vice President to manage Human Resources staff members’ day-to-day performance • Manage and implement personnel policies; develop a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) • As an assistant to the HRIS system, setup and oversee the data migration project • Communicate and ensure compliance and consistency with office practices and policies and compliance with all employment related laws • Take initiative on implementing all administrative systems and processes • Provide good guest service by being consistently helpful and courteous to all Guests & Employees • Work closely with human resources and/or human resources business partner staff to resolve daily issues, as needed • Maintaining constant communication with the Teams and Departments • Coordinating with different departments to troubleshoot issues • Maintain a working knowledge of various casino policies and procedures • Assist in pre-opening hotel projects • Assist in translation for non-English speaking Guests & Employees • Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by the Management in a timely manner • Performs other job-related duties as required |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must be Bachelor’s Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related field • 1 - 2 years of general working experience • Half year Human Resource experience in onboarding, processing HR related transactions, continuous improvement etc. • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills • High attention to detail • Able to organize and prioritize with guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner • Must possess strong interpersonal skills • Good command of spoken and written in English; Cantonese & Mandarin preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently • Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands |
