| Job Duties: | Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and resolving customer complaints. Build productive trust relationships with customers. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features. Process POS (point of sale) purchases, receive payment by cash, check, credit card, fleet card, vouchers, or automatic debits and issue receipts, refunds, and credits. Helping customers pumping gas and air. Maintain work place clean, stocking merchandises, receiving inventories and other related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Preferred high school diploma with 2 years of work experience. Excellent Customer Service, excellent communication skills, can work on a minimum supervision. Flexible on given work schedule, willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, Holidays and be punctual. Knowledge on POS, Accounting software, good in mathematics, using fax machine and daily sales reporting. Training and Seminars is a plus. Hard working, friendly, good moral, and honest. Food handler work permit and ABTC workshop is required upon hiring. |
