Job Title: Client Services Manager
Job Duties: Client Services Manager - Saipan, CNMI - Responsible for leading the team of Personal Shoppers and Concierge in establishing and building strong relationships, providing the highest quality and outstanding personalized service, and ultimate shopping experience to our Loyal T members while delivering sales & productivity targets. Provide consistent motivation and coaching to ensure desired luxury service behavior standards/expectations are achieved. Maintain ongoing long term relationship through personalized communication with clients. Partner with the Sales & Marketing and Consumer Marketing to develop new sources of clientele, events and programs. Manage Prestige Lounge to maintain a luxury shopping environment to Prestige members. Manage Loyal T data base, recruit new members and increase high tier members through various activities. Actively promote the DFS brand and strong positive professional image at all times. Complete internal reports and participate in various projects as/when required. Supervise team compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualification Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business or closely related field and 3 year of experience in the service/hospitality industry, job offered or related occupation. Special Requirements Must possess knowledge/expertise with the following: 1. Working in a culturally diverse environment within the service/hospitality industry. 2. Use of budgeting and financial software, including excel spreadsheet; Microsoft word and power point to present to senior management or clientele. 3. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources in a luxurious clientele environment. 4. Experience and creativity in creating luxurious events for VIP clientele that promote exclusivity in shopping experiences. Knowledge/ expertise must be sufficient to perform the job duties involved in the occupation in the normally accepted manner. **Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. ** Fluency (speaking, reading & writing) in Mandarin.
