Job Title: Quality Control Specialist
Job Duties: Review and thoroughly understand design drawings and specifications. Ensure that the construction matches what is defined in the plans anticipating activities to be able to achieve schedule and cost goals. Responsible to oversee that all civil construction activities are conducted in compliance with the design drawings and specifications. Preparation and administration of quality assurance plan for civil construction sites. Monitor correctness of civil construction activities by enforcing the Quality Assurance Plan, ITPs, ITRs. Participate in site meetings to optimize site civil construction activities. Participate in site meetings to coordinate with various contractors working in the same site. Assess civil construction progress and act pro-actively to avoid delays in the schedule.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field, quality certification, 5 years or more of equal experience with high school diploma. Good knowledge of civil design and installation methods for foundations, footers, and industrial or commercial buildings. Knowledge of the applicable standards.
