| Job Duties: | Responsible for technical management of design drawings. Give all the technical tests according to the construction drawings. Have consultation with the design department to modify the design drawings. Become a technical staff to assist project managers in decision-making about decorative technical implementation. Give monitor and control to all materials and construction technology. Grasp the quality of the project, doing the quality inspection and assessment work. Focus on safety inspections of construction site. Supervise the proposal of the project schedule operation and material plan. Promote the successful completion of the project according to the schedule. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Engineering graduate or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience or high school diploma with 5 years or more engineering experience. Design and engineering related majors. Proficient at identifying design drawings. Understanding of engineering data filing process, have definite knowledge of date management. Understands the national quality building construction law and regulations. Good moral character, with leadership and communication skills. Hard working and can adopt to any work condition. |
