| Job Title: | Import Export Coordinator |
| Job Duties: | Import/Export freight operations, booking, tracking, delivery, billing for all modes of transport (air, ocean, truck, inter-modal). Stay abreast current and upcoming regulations. Maintain excellent relations with clients and agents. Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file. Ensure all client special instructions are followed. Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work. Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status. Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status. Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. Follow up on client’s reports. Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required supporting documents. Maintain customer profile. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum 1 years related experience. Experience handling Ocean and Air Import and Export shipments is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Proven experience in freight handling , with a desire to grow professional. Strong customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Team Player. Solid and proficient skills (Microsoft Excel). Self-motivated and thrive on multi-tasking environment. Willing to work during end and night time. Able to lift 50.0 Lbs regularly and 75.0 Lbs occassionally. |
