Job Title: Chief Architect
Job Duties: Job Description : Leading a team of architects for supervision and managing the architectural, infrastructure, fitting-out design for Building/Hotel development and assigned project. Attending regular meeting with contractors, consultants and other specialists. Negotiating with contractors and other professionals and site visits to check on progress. Responsibility :  Manage a team of Architects.  Deliver architectural initiative that drive revenue and improve efficiency in-line with business strategy.  Communicate architectural decision, plan, goals and strategies.  Provide architectural direction to Company and Architects.  Deliver requisite program document including program charters, schedules, requirements documents, specifications, design documents and testing strategies. I  Initiate and deliver technology evaluation and recommendation.  Provide architectural consulting to programs, project and initiatives.  Develop and communicate technology standard and policies.  Review new and existing program/project architecture for compliance with IT standard, policies and architectural plans.  Ensure the project documentation captures significant architectural decision.  Ensure that the architectural governance is fair, consistent and transparent process.  Identify architectural risks and propose alternative and solution.  Produce regular architecture status reports.

Qualification Requirements: Qualification Requirement • Bachelor degree in architecture, preferred Master’s degree in architecture • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment • In-depth understanding of construction, procedures and materials. • Project management principle and strong detailing • In-depth knowledge about current state of the IT industry, IT standard and best practices. • Effective interpersonal skills and strong briefing and writing skills • Development of enterprise architecture vision, strategy, guidance, and direction for an organization preferably in the Intelligence Community • Ability to independently plan and execute work tasks in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment • Strong Systems Engineering skills in the process areas of architecting, requirements/standards, investment/portfolio. • Minimum more than 5 years’ experience.
