| Job Duties: | Lead the freight forwarding & logistics activities in effort to optimize operational efficiency in coordination with all the departments. Monitor and analyses cost and prepare operational budgets for both air and ocean freight shipments to maintain acceptable profit margin. Ensure that smooth operations and logistics function is geared to provide on time pick-up and delivery of products and exceed service level. Ensure continuous improvement by way of implementing best practices in logistics, warehousing and inventory management. Ensure adherence to all safety and security policy and procedures. Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate all employees. Assigns work to all staff and sets deadline to ensure timely completion of work as required. Evaluate procedure and practices to ensure efficiency and economy. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Extensive knowledge and experience in all aspect of international and domestic freight forwarding and logistics management. Strong leadership capabilities with proven track record of success. Should have 3-4 years prior experience in leading international freight forwarding and logistics firms. Required strong knowledge and understanding in Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and FAA regulations. Must have extensive knowledge in documentation and handling of Hazardous Materials. Excellent skill in airfreight and sea freight related procedure and documentation. Proven ability to meet deadlines and obtain result thru people. Ability to manage numerous assignments simultaneously in unpredictable, rapidly changing environment. High level of initiative, self starter who can work well under pressure. Must have a degree in Business Management or Engineering. Must be willing to work over time, during week-ends and holidays. |
