| Job Title: | Legal & Audit Manager |
| Job Duties: | 1.Organize, plan, direct coordinates office legal case. 2.Represent the company at personnel related hearings and investigations. 3.Prepare demand letters, summons, complaints and other pleadings filed in court. Organizes, schedules and coordinates appointments such as depositions, trials, court hearings and consultation. 4.Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, and priorities of the company assigned programs by recommending and administering a sound practice of policies and procedures. 5.Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of company's financial and economic control procedures and conducts a variety of investigations and operational studies for the modifications. 6.Oversee and participates in the development and administration of annual budget and participates in the forecasting of funds needed for the operation of the company. Monitor, analyze and review budget and expenditures in accordance to the actual operational funding of the company. 7. Develop, monitor and audit the general procedures connected to the other department, such as sales, purchasing, accounting and human resources to ensure they are operating as prescribed. Prepares briefs, legal memorandum, statements of issues, or other legal documents. 8.Assist company's attorney in general, e.g., assists the attorney in preparing for depositions, hearings and trials. 9. Provide assistance to all Departments with composition and review of legal information required for completion and submission to the General Manager. 10. Transmit and carry out all the legal and related contents to the managements and headquarters (in China). 11.Translate the legal reports and other related documents from English to Chinese and vice versa, and report to the managements and headquarters (in China) periodically. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1.At least 2 years working experience in legal, audit or other related field. 2.At least bachelor’s degree with good education background. 3.Knowledge of strong legal research and writing skills. Must have good problem solving skills and information gathering techniques. 4.Must demonstrate experience providing technical legal or professional support in a legal setting. 5.Knowledge and experience of business and management principles involved in analysis of financial, sales & marketing, administration & human resources, purchasing, department developing, logistics & storage, and so on. 6.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and so on. 7.Knowledge of corporate financial principles and procedures, and familiar with audit process, such as audit procedures, internal control regulations and management. 8.Honest and trustworthy. 9.Excellent in office software, document editing, graphics production, slide shows and so on, such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint. 10.Fluently speaking and writing both of English and Chinese languages with good communication and presentation skills is preferable. |
