| Job Duties: | 1.Assist the manager to arrange permanent and temporary staffing plans for future calendar years for appropriateness and accuracy. 2.Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult problems and resolving complaints and dispute between employees. 3.Assist the manager to train and instruct new employees in job duties and responsibilities. 4.Interpret and communicate with the staff the work procedures and company rules and regulation. 5.Assist the manager to process the employment and renewal contract for employees. 6.Indentify job vacancies, recruit, interview and select applicants and recommend to the manager, and at the same time writing report to the headquarters in China periodically. 7.Assist the manager to issue memorandum or performance warning letter to the employees. 8.Assist to transmit and carry out all the other administrative contents above from managements and headquarters' (in China).instructions and report in time. 9.Translate human resources related reports, regulations and other administrative documents from Chinese to English and vice versa. 10.Other duties assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. Bachelor degree with at least 1-2 years of working experience in related field. 2. Must have good organizational and communication skills. 3. Be familiar with Microsoft office, such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint. 4. Fluently speaking and writing of English and Chinese languages (preferred) with good report and analysis skills is preferable. 5. Fast & hard worker with honest quality. |
