| Job Duties: | Maintain hourly records or patient care, condition,progress or problems & to report & discuss with visiting U.S. Registered Nurses or case manager.Check patient's pulse, temperature,blood pressure,oxygen level & respiration on hourly basis. Perform Nebulization, Suctioning ot secretions & Enteral feeding via peg tube. Provide patient with help moving in & out of bed,baths,wheelchairs or ambulance & with dressing & grooming. Care for patient by changing bed linens,cleaning or assisting with their personal care. Entertain,converse with or read aloud to patient to keep them mentally healthy and alert.Administer prescribed medications under the written direction of Physician or as directed by U.S. Registered Nurse & ensure patient takes his medicine. Accompany patient to Doctor's offices or on their trips outside the home providing transportation,assistance & companionship. Direct patient in simple prescribed exercises or in the use of braces or artificial limbs.Clean & sanitize patient's rooms,bathrooms,examination rooms and or other patient areas. |
