| Job Duties: | • Implement all rules and regulations and tasks from management team. • Responsible for technical issues of architecture and structure. • Propose suggestions or recommendations on architectural and structural design. • Review construction drawings on architecture and structure from design companies • Familiarization with design intent, construction skills, operation procedures and engineering quality acceptance standards as well as national and local regulations • Participate in drawings hearing and design disclosure. • Responsible for site architecture and structure work, assisting on construction application • Review construction unit’s construction schedule on architecture and structure • Assist in managing project quality and progress on architecture and structure • Control construction cost and guarantee project quality and progress. • Identify and resolve technical problems on architecture and structure during construction and confirm on time adjustment plans submitted by construction unit. • Check if materials and equipment of architecture and structure are in compliance with design requirements • Provide standards for tendered materials of architecture and structure and supervise and inspect materials • Supervise site safety and civilized construction management of construction unit. • Propose suggestions to problems and report problems as well as suggestions. • Assist in inspecting site construction quality, especially hidden engineering • Carry out random inspection after general inspection and make log records. • Participate in all project coordination meetings and routine meetings. • Review construction unit’s engineering variations on architecture and structure, site signed certificates • Project cost payment and final account and submit suggestions. |
