| Job Duties: | • Implement all rules and regulations and all tasks from leaders within the Company. • Responsible for technical issues of architecture and structure, including exterior engineering and landscape engineering. • Propose or provide suggestions or recommendations on architectural and structural designing. • Represent the organization with clients, consultants, or contractors on all ranges related to the project. • Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. • Review construction drawings on architecture and structure from design companies in order to be familiar with design intent, construction skills, operation procedures, and engineering quality acceptance standards as well as national and local regulations. • Responsible for site architecture and structure work and assist in construction applications. • Review the construction unit's schedule on architecture and structure and assist in managing project quality progress. • Control construction costs and guarantee project quality in order for progress to be achieved as required. • Oversee the development or implementation of new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or construction site emergencies. • Assist with or participate in the preparation of contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual • Responsible for inspecting and ensuring architectural and structural materials and equipment are in compliance with design requirements. • Provide standards for materials of architecture and structure. • Involved in material purchases and propose recommendations to related departments. • Supervise and ensure safety on-site. • Confer with management personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. • Report problems and propose suggestions to the construction management team. • Assist in inspecting site construction quality, especially hidden engineering and record logs when conducting random inspections after the general inspection. • Participate in all project coordination and routine meetings, hearings, evaluation and acceptance in order to discuss related issues and propose solutions. • Check and review construction unit's engineering variations on architecture and structure, site signed certificates, and project's cost payment and final account and submit suggestions if necessary. |
