| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: Keeps premises of apartment houses including yards and pools, and other commercial or institutional building in clean and orderly condition. Cleans and polished lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Gather and empty trash. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. |
