Job Title: Assistant Vice President – Hospitality and Affairs
Job Duties: • Develops and implements strategic plans for the departments (including but not limited to Casino F&B, Purchasing, Transportation) complying with the Company’s strategic vision and plan • Periodically monitors the performance of the Company against the approved strategic objectives and goals • Performs and presents hospitality industry and market research to enable a smoother decision making process for CEO and top management • Communicates, directs and manages all functions performed within the departments • Initiates and leads any business liaison and corporate/company affairs assigned by management. • Assists to develop quality service standard and maintains the established service standard for all VIP guests and all level customers • Assists with executive level reporting to ensure and maintain industry best practices • Coordinates Departmental strategic planning, to include, project development, along with a standardized training and development program for Casino F&B Management. • Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction within the departments • Prepare analysis reports to enable a smoother decision making process for CEO and top management. • Assists in developing and monitoring operating budgets, establishing metrics, KPI’s to monitor and drive revenues, service and efficiencies for the departments • Maintains positive guest relations at all times, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction. Greets guests in a courteous and caring manner using personalized service. • Assuring the highest degree of service in VIP Gaming areas is accomplished. • Provides translation services for clients. • Liaise with VIP marketing teams and Casino Operations teams to ensure client’s requirements are met. • Builds and supports a strong and strategically focused VIP Service team. • Actively trains, coaches and motivates the team members in the effective organization and management of the multiple VIP outlets and the development their foreign language Skills so they may effectively communicate with VIP clients. • Monitors spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets. • Directs and coordinates, through subordinates, activities of operations departments in order to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and human resources. • Oversees vehicle preventative maintenance programs and activities for the purpose of ensuring company's vehicles are maintained in a safe and effective operating condition. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Professional background in fine dining operations, hotel operations, luxury villa operations and luxury yacht operations • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent working experience • Good command of both English & Chinese language to deal with Asian & International guests and communicate/manage employees of different level of positions in the Company, with additional knowledge of Japanese/Korean is preferred. • Must have at least 10 years of experience in a multicultural service environment with a focus on VIP guests from China, Japan and/or Korea • Experience in a Casino/Junket environment as a manger or similar/higher position preferred • Capable of managing 100+ team members • Showcase clear emphasis on quality and maintain excellent guest services at all times • In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / F&B / service sector • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Must be able to significantly contribute towards achieving KPIs and set goals • Should have a sound knowledge on Sales and Marketing in a casino environment • Able to train and coach the workforce and lead by example • Capable enough to work on cost control, budgets and supervise other required details of the department’s financial records • Ability to review and comprehend all necessary clients’ documentation • Ability to observe and direct actions of fellow Team Members as required • Develop and administer Multi Cultural training for the departments, including but not limited to Casino F&B, Purchasing, Transportation • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
