| Job Duties: | Responsible for the maintenance and repairing of the pipeline and valve; include domestic cold & hot water supply system; ensure drainage and MEP operation. Responsible for regular maintenance of the pipe and valve. Be familiar with all kinds of pipe system, material and size. Familiar with valve type, function, position. Provide domestic cold & hot water supply. (Hot water temperature:55oC, +_ 5oC), Do Inspection timely and properly (hot water emperature: 140oC,+_5oC). Familiar with water supply system, water sprinkler & hydrant system. Be responsible for maintenance drainage system, plumbing, kitchen equipment, laundry plant, bathroom equipments etc. Responsible for maintenance, repairing, alteration and updating of the hotel equipments. Should checking equipment operation especially in daily inspect to avoid crisis in defection, ensure equipment operation. Master in M&E operation and maintenance performance. Processes hotel metal accessory. Responsible for the cleanliness of the workshop and engineering area, keep the working environment clean. Accomplishes job tasks assigned by Duty Engineer timely & properly. Protect the assets of the hotel and create a safe working environment. Gets rid of the hidden trouble that endangers the guests and employee possibly. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Have more than two years working experience in related industry. Graduate from specialty of mechanical technical school. Be master in M&E and plumbing knowledge. Knowledge on MEP plan. Knowledge with Mechanical skill. Be familiar with water supply system, kitchen equipment and laundry plant. Be familiar with all kinds of valve. Have performance citations. |
