| Job Title: | IT Specialist - Hospitality Systems |
| Job Duties: | • Responsible for the procurement, implementation and ongoing performance of non-gaming systems and service solutions (including hospitality) for serving frontline enterprise operations. • Interface with a wide spectrum of departmental users, internal stakeholders and external vendors for requirements gathering, solution design & deployment • Ensure training and knowledge transfer to support team • Maintain systems to fulfill business operation requirements and operation targets according to company SDLC management methodology and ITIL framework • Manage vendor to define application specific SLA • Ensure system reliability and availability • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Diploma Degree or above in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum • Business Applications or Technology Related certifications a plus • Minimum 4 years in application and system support experience • Experience in deploying and maintaining complex hospitality systems, preferably in a casino and/or hotel environment • Knowledge of hospitality industry business solutions • Experience with hotel systems and peripherals from major vendors • Knowledge with application systems operation, maintenance & trouble shooting. • Regulatory & compliance practices, datacenter operational processes • Service planning and control including IT projects with SDLC/PM/DR processes • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
