| Job Duties: | Review and thoroughly understand design drawings and specifications; Manage contractor Requests For Information (RFI), Interface with the civil designers; Responsible to oversee that all civil construction activities are conducted in compliance with the design drawings and specifications; Preparation and administration of Quality Assurance plan for civil construction sites; Preparation and Completion of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) used for Quality Assurance in civil construction activities; Preparation and Completion of Inspection and Test Records (ITR) used for Quality Assurance in civil construction activities; File completed ITP and ITR forms with project record documents;Monitor correctness of civil construction activities by enforcing the Quality Assurance Plan, ITPs, ITRs; Participate in site meetings to optimize site civil construction activities. Participate in site meetings to coordinate with various contractors working in the same site; Assess civil construction progress and act pro-actively to avoid delays in the schedule. |
