Job Title: Assistant Manager
Job Duties: Oversee all aspects of general office coordination to include preparation of purchase orders and other company related documents. Prepares reports on sales, inventory and profit and loss statements. Assists or prepares media designs for all forms of media for presentation to operations manager. Required to follow up on any purchase orders for purchases locally or abroad. Maintains accurate inventory of goods, products or services of our company and may be required to assign delivery of merchandise. Arranges all documents related to shipments for presentation to forwarded and regulatory agencies. Ensures that merchandise are displayed strategically to improve sales at all customer locations. Maintains office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of customer, client, and supplier information. Answers telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence including emails and packages. Performs general clerical duties to include, but not limited to copying, mailing and filing. Coordinates and maintains records of staff, office space, company credit cards, keys. Creates and modifies documents such as invoices, reports, memorandums, letters, etc. May conduct research, compile data and prepares for presentation. Sets up and coordinates meetings and conferences. Makes all travel arrangements for staff and management. Researches prices supplies and assists the operations manager in sourcing out vendors in the US and abroad. Arranges for repair and maintenance of office equipment. Supports staff in assigned project based work; may communicate to staff on any company changes or procedures. Computes and records payroll data as scheduled. Maintains payroll records in compliance with local and federal labor laws. Provides payroll information regarding adjustments in pay. Tracks and resolves payroll matters. Receives and tracks employment applications. Assists in training new employees; supports departments or divisions.

Qualification Requirements: Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years sales experience in a wholesale and retail environment/industry. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to speak, read and write Korean or Chinese is preferred, but not required. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software, Adobe Photoshop and Quickbooks. Other Qualifications Must have a current CNMI Drivers License and maintain its validity throughout employment. Must have own transportation and be flexible enough to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
