| Job Duties: | This includes any indoor cleaning and organizing tasks assigned by the employer or supervisor. Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, countertops, and sinks, shelves. Wash windows and blinds as scheduled. Wipe down and Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces. Vacuum, shampoo, and clean carpets and rugs. Sweep, scrub, mop and polish hard floors. Cleaning duties would also involve emptying trashcans, clean trash containers, and transporting trash to appropriate receptacles and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner. Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout Operate mechanized cleaning equipment. Maintain and protect all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition. Ensure perfect working of the tools and equipment employed to execute high quality work and make sure there are no inadequacies. Clean rooms and other work spaces of the organization while keeping the prescribed health and hygiene standards Keeping restrooms stocked and replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels with clean toiletries, and other supplies. Monitor and keep an inventory of cleaning supplies, such as detergents, floor wax and furniture polish, and ensure that these supplies are well stocked. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. Ensure all assigned areas are cared for and inspected according to standards. Ensure confidentiality and security of office rooms. Follow all company safety and security procedures. Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Monitor and report any necessary repairs or replacements materials. Observe and report damage of company property.
