| Qualification Requirements: | Engineering degree holder or equivalent to combination of education and experience of minimum of three years of verifiable experience, thorough knowledge of trades and be computer literate. Experience in tract housing and multifamily production is preferred. Office experience of Master Builder, Microsoft office (Excel, word, project & Outlook) is also preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. |
