| Job Duties: | Managing and training the concierge, night auditor and team of receptionists. Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers. Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk.Trains, supervises and supports office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents; Schedule shifts; Ensures timely and accurate customer service Handles complaints and specific customers requests; Troubleshoots emergencies; Monitor stock and order office supplies; Ensures proper mail distribution; Prepares and monitors office budget; Keeps updated records of office expenses and costs; Ensures company’s policies and security requirements are met. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor degree preferred. Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager; Hands on experience with office machines; Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures; Proficiency in English (oral and written); Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; Excellent communication and people skills; Good organizational and multitasking abilities; Problem-solving skills; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality industry; additional certification is a plus. |
