| Job Duties: | Sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment; Prepares ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.); Cooks food in various utensils or grillers; Checks food while cooking to stir or turn; Ensures great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served; Keeps a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen; Ensures all food and other items are stored properly; Checks quality of ingredients; Monitors stock and place orders when there are shortages. |
