| Job Duties: | Supervise and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operation, control and maintenance of electrical power generating, receiving and distribution stations, transmission lines, and distribution systems and equipment; Devises and writes operating procedures for plant system, transmission and distribution lines, and receiving and distribution stations based on review and interpretation of government regulations. Supervises and approves reading of charts, meters, and gauges to monitor voltage and electricity flows. Supervise proper check/maintenance of equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems. Supervises proper adjustment controls to regulate the flow of power or electrical output from plant to distribution stations. Administer all safety standards (OSHA) and responsible for training and enforcing applicable federal and local policy and procedures. |

Combination of education and work experience is accepted as a minimum entry for this position. Foreign Equivalence is acceptable. |
