| Job Duties: | Manage and overseas operation, maintenance, administrative and improvement of residential properties. Direct, collect and deposit rental payments. Prepare rental billing and payments for insurance premium, mortgages, taxes and incurred operational expenses. Plan and coordinate the work and activities of contract personnel for lawn and ground maintenance, pest control services, rubbish service etc. Resolve tenant complaints and answer questions regarding the terms and conditions of the contract (lease agreement). Act as a liaison between tenant and owner. Perform other duties as necessary. |
