| Job Duties: | Be responsible for the hotel rooms, outlets and public area (including decoration, furniture, carpet, tile, marble, wallpaper and roadway) and the building maintenance. Ensure the efficiency of the daily operation. -Renew the decorations in rooms, outlets and public area -Make carpentries -Manage external constructors on the spot -Assist to give suggestion of decoration project, including: material, price, quality, process and so on) -Establish the maintenance schedule -Instruct associates on craftwork and material selection -Supervise protection work and safety during construction. -Carry out protection and keeping regulations of chemical material, such as painting, diluent. -Assist Duty Engineer to ensure the proper operation -Be responsible for the project quality and work request status, and feedback relevant result to Duty Engineer. -Arrange for associate’s duty roster -Ensure Plants safety and cleaning -In charge of sharing tools -Assist duty engineer do other repairs or contract with other engineering associates if necessary. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma with a few months to 1 year work experience in hotel decoration works. Degree holder in architecture or interior design a plus. Possesses professional on craftwork and decoration skills, building equipment operation, repair and maintenance; able to instruct associates; able to manage carpenter team. Preferable speaks Mandarin or Cantonese. |
