| Job Duties: | Provide the hotel with proper temperature、humidity and fresh air, make sure the refrigerator, refrigerators and air-condition system run properly. Make sure the air-con system is running properly in the hotel and provide a comfortable environment to the guests. Be responsible for the maintenance of the air-condition machinery room, make sure cold-water machinery and the additional machine run properly. Be responsible for regular maintenance of the center air-condition’s terminal machine. Be responsible for regular maintenance of refrigerator, ice machine and the other machines; make sure all the machines run properly. Be familiar with the working principle; be responsible for the maintenance of cold machinery. Be command of repairing and maintaining skill. Check the machine regularly and take records, do regular maintenance and solve the problem in time in order to remove the hidden trouble and make sure the all the machinery run properly. Be responsible for the cleanliness of the workshop and engineering area, keep the working environment clean. Accomplish job tasks assigned by DOE timely & properly. Provide lateral services to the colleagues, be proactive and create teamwork spirit. Protect the assets of the hotel and create a safe working environment. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Have more than two years working experience in related industry. Graduate from senior high school or specialty of refrigeration technical school, have air-conditioned operation certificate. Detail air-condition knowledge. Speaks Mandarin or Cantonese a plus. • Be familiar with Center air-condition and cold water system, have the skill & knowledge of maintenance and repairing. |
