| Job Duties: | Assist the Sales and Marketing Team in the implementation of sales and marketing related efforts to achieve sales quotes and strategies and actions plans to achieve sales quotas and objectives. Work with existing while developing new inventories through extranets. Develop written communications for email marketing as well as for other marketing purposes. Consult with (Korean) clients/agents after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Estimate or quotes prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Prepare drawings, estimates and bids that meet specific customers needs. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports with the concurrence of the Operation Director. Assist team members of other revenue-generating departments in developing skills and strategies to develop their customer-satisfaction and increase financial performance while promoting a fun creative and exciting working environment. Identify areas and develop communication strategies necessary to increase access in identified markets (direct mail, photos, emails, etc.) and involved with our Brand to develop any and all new revenue opportunities that arise. Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitor's products, prices and sales. Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. Accurately forecasts the Sales and Marketing annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services. Perform other tasks as determined and assigned by Sales and Marketing Director and Operation Director. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hotel Industry or equivalent. Five or more years of related work experienced, knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting and selling products or services, marketing strategy, tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, sales control system, financial planning and strategy, client relationship attitude, and creative services. A "People Person" who is confident and has a positive personality, and good business awareness. Supervisory level experienced and preferable to speak and understand Chinese language is a plus. Must have excellent computer skills, and be preferable to speak and understand English and Korean language. Must be able to work on extreme weather condition and flexible to work on shifts, weekends and holidays. |
