| Job Duties: | Records and posts transactions of expenditures in the financial accounting system to proper account classification. Responsible for maintaining financial records of the company. Prepares monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Keeps track of Receivable and Payable accounts. Prepares and complies with monthly and yearly government licenses and tax filing requirements. Computes and prepares biweekly payroll for staff. Keeps track of the company's financial status. Prepares monthly financial reports for the management such as Monthly Receivables and Payables, Monthly Profit and Loss, Income Statement and Balance Sheets with corresponding ledgers and necessary attachments. |
