| Job Duties: | Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency or organization. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Set goals and deadlines for the department. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes. Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties. Attend meetings to represent the company. Hire and terminate clerical and administrative personnel. Assist in preparation and processing of personnel and various business related documents. |

Must have the managerial capacity to represent the company in meetings with clients and vendors. Must be capable in handling multiple lines of business. Must have experience in dealing in various government agencies in the CNMI and must know on how to process different types of visas. Must have knowledge in accounting and insurance underwriting. Hardworking and able to multi task and work under pressure. Able to drive and must have a valid drivers license |
