| Job Duties: | Routinely performs preventive inspection of building, equipment and machines. Assembles and sets up store equipment. Repairs faulty light fixtures, bathroom fixtures and water pipes. Repairs light structural damages of building, signages, and walkways, and parking areas. Maintains record of work and submits reports. Proposes materials needed for maintenance & repairs. Cleans and upkeeps building including doors, windows and store fixtures. Routinely cleans airconditioners. Other duties that may be assign from time to time. |
