| Job Duties: | Plan, direct, coordinate & oversees activities directly related to Scuba Diving services as well as the whole operation of the company. Formulate policies, manage daily operations. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance date to measure productivity and goal achievement, and to determine areas needing cost deduction and program improvement. Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees or oversee those personnel processes. May also act as Diving Instructor in the event of high peak season and other related duties. |
