| Job Duties: | Must be service oriented. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Collect payment from customer. Write patron's food orders in order slips, memorize orders or enters orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Take orders from patron's for food beverages. Cleans tables and counters. Sweeps and mops floor when wet and when there are no customers. Helps clean dishes, when needed. Perform other related duties as requested. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Preferably four (4) years of experience at a restaurant or hotel. Must be of good moral character. Knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) is an advantage. Must have good communication skills and must have sufficient command of Japanese/English Language. Must be able to write and speak Japanese.Must be stress tolerant and physically fit to lift heavy trays or objects. Must be dependable. Knowledge of principles of processes for providing customer and personal services, assessment meeting quality standards for services, assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer's satisfaction. Applicant must be of good moral character, good work ethics, reliable and tress tolerant. |
