Job Title: Senior Manager - Hospitality & Affairs
Job Duties: • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Hospitality department • Monitor daily staff schedule, ensuring staff are reporting to work, leaving and taking their breaks on time • Ensure Team Members deliver high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction • Develop and monitor operations policies and procedures • Manage and monitor budget operation and marketing strategies to produce the highest level of customer service. • Implementation of programs and initiatives that meet established property and department strategic goals and tactics • Conduct systems training, provide guidance and support on a daily basis • Interact with department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Interact with guests and internal staff from Asian and international countries. • Complete and issue employee evaluations upon approval of the Senior Hospitality Management • Oversee coordination of Hospitality for all special events with other departments • Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise, and adjust current or implement new practices, policies, and/or procedures, as needed, to support long-term resolution • Oversee hiring practices, conduct interviews, and make quality hiring decisions. • Responsible for training and succession planning processes that follow the company’s diversity commitment and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Discipline and coach employees as needed • Develop leadership and operational skills for Hospitality Supervisors, Dispatchers and Shuttle Driver. • Build and maintain relationships with all outside vendors including vehicle maintenance service centers, phone companies and radio companies. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: • High School diploma or above; or equivalent working experience; with Bachelor degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred. • At least six (6) years of Concierge/ Transportation/Limo experience in a well-established Casino / 5 Star hotel/ Well-known property, minimum of four (4) of those years in a managerial or supervisor role • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software and transportation/ Hospitality management system. • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Customer service oriented • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
