| Job Duties: | • To ensure all aspects of the hygiene service are carried out and maintained to the required standard To manage the hygiene budget and ensure all expenditure is authorised and recorded • To manage the ordering and stock control of hygiene consumables and chemicals • To maintain detailed cleaning instructions and schedules for every hygiene activity that meet the requirements of the FSMS and HACCP • To manage the segregation, storage and timely removal of all waste – recyclates, landfill, hazardous and confidential waste streams • Plan, implement and coordinate all hygiene, FSMS and HACCP activities • Ensure the FSMS is workable and adhered to by the kitchen and restaurant teams • Design departmental training and write FSMS and HACCP operating procedures • Test and correct any deviations from hygiene procedures swiftly through on the job training • Assess hygiene and cleanliness standards and arrange training sessions and refresher courses for Team Members in coordination with the F&B Trainer • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have 3-5 years F&B experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property or food production plant. • Must have Hazard Manager or Hygiene Manager experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property or food production plant. • Knowledge of FSMS or HACCP’s procedure. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. • Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to deal with internal staff from Asian and International countries preferred. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
