| Job Duties: | Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas, or gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or create a marketing campaign. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Analyze customer base and current sales strategies and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability. Analyze tour sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers. Help coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales assignments, quotas, and goals and establish continuing training programs for Operations staff. Research market conditions in Saipan and China. Gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or create a marketing campaign. Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors, and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Perform other duties as required or as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel and Tour, or related field or with at least 2 years prior work experience in tour/travel operations and hotel/vendor relations, sales, or service related work in the tourism industry and at least two (2) years of experience supervising a team of tour sales and operations agents. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. |
