Job Title: General Manager
Job Duties: 1.Manage and in charge of all the operation activities of company, such as purchasing, sales and marketing, administration and human resources, finance, logistics and storage, planning and development, and so on. 2.Communicate with Chinese investors, direct to carry out their instructions efficiently, and regularly report to the managements of Chinese investors. 3.Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. 4.Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize return on investment, or increase efficiency. 5.Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. 6.Direct administrative activities which directly related to making products and providing services. 7.Direct monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. 8.Direct establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members. 9.Direct non-merchandising departments of businesses, and direct perform personnel functions such as selection, training, or evaluation. 10.Direct activities such as sales promotions that require coordination with other department managers. 11.Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. 12.Direct manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations.

Qualification Requirements: 1.Administration and Management - Knowledge and experience of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. 2.Language skill must: Fluently speaking and writing both of English and Chinese, understanding Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese, communicating with local people and Chinese investors well. 3.Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge and experience of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. 4.Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge and experience of personnel recruitment, selection, training, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. 5.Master relative knowledge of accounting and statistics. Skills of active listening, coordination, monitoring, social perceptiveness and speaking. 6.General and sensitive feeling of market and economy, quickly and timely reaction for development opportunity. 7.At least bachelor’s degree with good education background. 8.Experience of management position at least 1 year.
