Job Title: Project Manager
Job Duties: Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects. Direct, review, or approve project design changes. Confer with management, production, or marketing staff to discuss project specifications or procedures. Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. Prepare budgets, bids, or contracts. Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand. Review, recommend, or approve contracts or cost estimates. Develop or implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work. Plan or direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, or repair of facilities or equipment. Perform administrative functions, such as reviewing or writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, or purchasing of materials or services. Establish scientific or technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management. Evaluate environmental regulations or social pressures related to environmental issues to inform strategic or operational decision-making. Evaluate the environmental impacts of engineering, architecture, or research and development activities.

Qualification Requirements: Min.of 3-4 yrs.job experience as Project Manager or related. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related. Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, atomic and sub- atomic structures and processes. Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions. Must have Water Treatment Level 2 & Wastewater Treatment Level 3 Operator Certifications. Must have OSHA 29CFR 1910 & 29CFR 1926 Certifications. Valid CNMI drivers license holder.
