Job Title: Assistant Director - Hospitality & Affairs
Job Duties: • Oversee all operations for the Hospitality department, including managing day-to-day team functions and achieving strategic objectives for shuttle • Manage and monitor budget operation and marketing strategies to produce the highest level of customer service. • Implementation of programs and initiatives that meet established property and department strategic goals and tactics • Ensure the department is operating in a safe work environment using reports, walking designated areas, and onsite monitoring of conditions and employees to ensure property safety standards, policies and procedures are being enforced and followed. • Interact with department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Interact with guests and internal staff from Asian and international countries. • Address escalated guest issues and provide satisfactory resolutions while remaining professional and courteous, especially while handling difficult or emotional customers. • Oversee coordination of Hospitality for all special events with other departments • Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise, and adjust current or implement new practices, policies, and/or procedures, as needed, to support long-term resolution • Oversee hiring practices, conduct interviews, and make quality hiring decisions. • Responsible for training and succession planning processes that follow the company’s diversity commitment and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Discipline and coach employees as needed • Develop leadership and operational skills for Hospitality Supervisors, Dispatchers and Shuttle Driver. • Build and maintain relationships with all outside vendors including vehicle maintenance service centers, phone companies and radio companies. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: • High School diploma or above; or equivalent working experience • At least eight (8) years of Concierge/ Transportation/Limo experience in a well-established Casino / 5 Star hotel/ Well-known property, minimum of five (5) of those years in a managerial or supervisor role • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software and transportation/ Hospitality management system. • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Customer service oriented • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Need several years of work experience. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.

Comments: Workers Compensation provided. Housing, food and transportation may or may not be provided, contingent on a case-by-case basis.
