| Job Duties: | • Reacts to situation to ensure guests received prompt attention and personal recognition throughout their stay • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department, ensuring professional telephone etiquette. • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Welcome visitors, determine nature of business, and refer visitors to appropriate personnel, maintaining professionalism and being courteous. • Respond to and coordinate VIP guests request for special arrangements or services by making arrangements with designated vendors or identifying appropriate providers according to department and company standards • Recommend and escort appropriate club to guest and introduce all related equipment to guests • Escort and introduce guests to signature activities such as events, tournament, competitions, etc. • Remain clam, gives insightful advice and moral support by offer words of encouragement when guests needed. • Stay alert to changing weather patterns • Anticipate guests’ needs such as equipment, guidelines and relevant support • Maintain and exceed hotel and company service standards • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have 2-years’ experience in resort or hospitality industry or related occupation from player’s club. • High school graduate; GED; or equivalent working experience. • Good problem solving, independent and communication skills • Patient, cheerful and positive personality • Ability to follow through and attention to detail • Has strong sense of teamwork and is committed to the team • Understand different cultures and diversity • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Must be able to work in outdoor area. • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) preferred • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
