| Job Duties: | • Ability to use proper telephone etiquette according to hotel standards • Ensure an efficient check in and check out service • Manage and operate the Staff Housing Reception • Ensure guests receive a personalized and consistent service • Conduct Staff Housing orientation and tours to explain the services and equipment • Clean and tidy the Staff Housing areas, including lobby and reception • Monitor amenities and arrange refills when necessary • Know and understand all the staff Housing’s facilities and services • Courteous, and respectful to all guests and team mates alike • Handle guest complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction and problem resolution • Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Previous relevant experience or customer service experience • High school graduate, GED, or above • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to work overtime when needed • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Patient, has initiative, organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
