| Job Duties: | The primary responsibility of the Branch Manager is to ensure that the Saipan office operates at full potential by maximizing profits and minimizing costs. This position is responsible for helping the company identify and build upon its internal strengths and overcome its internal weaknesses while seizing external opportunities and mitigating external threats. This position provides leadership and direction to staff, implements policy and manages daily operations as well as maintains a strategic partnership with government agencies, the business community and represents the organization. Illustrative Examples of Work include but are not limited to: - Manage the team to ensure they fulfill the company's mission, vision and values. - Prepare and manage annual budget. - Enforce StayWell policies and procedures. - Identify target market and develop marketing strategies. - Manage sales activity to grow market share and minimize attrition. - Conduct presentations and participate in public relations and networking opportunities. - Analyze the competition and develop strategies to maximize competitive advantage. - Maintain working relationship with Government agencies, business sectors, service providers and clients / members. - Develop and participate in community events to promote wellness and health activities. - Monitor employee attendance and punctuality. - Manage staff, conduct employee evaluations and provide performance feedback. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: - A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, International Business or other related field; - Minimum of two (2) years managerial experience to include the management of business or organization and the supervision of employees; - Life and Health Sub Agent license a plus; - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); and - Computer literate (windows based). Other requirements: - Health Insurance Associate Designation; preferred. - Registered Health Underwriter Designation; preferred. |
