| Job Duties: | Operate,computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs,working,drawings, charts, forms, and records. Analyze building codes, by-laws,space & site requirements, and other technical documents & reports to determine their effect on architectural designs. Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs & determine a method of representation to graphically represent building plans. Draw rough & detailed scale plans for foundations, building & structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, calculations & other data. Do estimation, materials take off & submittal's preparation, field inspection & supervision. |
